Data enrichment services for B2B tech companies

Account and contact data that stays current

Frontal provides data enrichment services for B2B tech companies. We fill in and check your account and contact records in Clay, write them into HubSpot or Salesforce, and keep them current as new records come in.

Who it is for

Your reps spend hours fixing contact data instead of selling

For B2B tech companies from Series A onward with a sales team, whose CRM records are incomplete, out of date or duplicated, and whose outbound and lead routing depend on them.

  1. Missing fields

Records arrive without a title, a company size or a work email, so routing and scoring can’t use them.

  2. Stale contacts

Salespeople call contacts who left the company months ago and check every record twice.

  3. Data from everywhere

Lists come from different vendors and spreadsheets, and nobody owns how they get into the CRM.

What you get

Records your sales team can use without checking twice

We set up the enrichment in Clay, write the results into your CRM and document how it works.

  1. Account enrichment

Company size, industry, tech stack and hiring data on the accounts you sell to.

  2. Contact enrichment and verification

Work emails and phone numbers for the buyers at each account, verified before they reach your CRM or a sequence.

  3. Enrichment that keeps running

New accounts and contacts are enriched as they enter your CRM, and a field a person owns is never overwritten.

How it works

How our B2B data enrichment services work

  1. Audit your data

We review your CRM fields, data sources and duplicates, and agree which fields routing, scoring and outreach need.

  2. Agree the rules

We agree with your team which fields enrichment may fill and which ones stay with a person.

  3. Build it in Clay

We set up the enrichment and verification workflows in Clay and test them on a sample first.

  4. Write back to the CRM

We write the enriched fields into HubSpot or Salesforce, merge duplicates and test each change before it goes live.

  5. Hand over and keep it current

New records are enriched as they come in. We document the setup and train your team to run it.

What buyers ask

What are data enrichment services?

Data enrichment services fill in and check the records in your CRM: company size, industry, tech stack and hiring data on accounts, and verified work emails and phone numbers on contacts. We run that work in Clay and write the results into HubSpot or Salesforce.

What is an example of data enrichment?

A new lead signs up with only a name and a work email. Enrichment adds the company’s size, industry and tech stack, the person’s title and a verified phone number, so the lead can be scored and routed to the right rep without anyone looking it up.

What is a B2B data provider?

A B2B data provider, sometimes called a B2B data company, sells company and contact data: firmographics, job titles, work emails and phone numbers. Data enrichment companies like Frontal don’t sell one database. We combine several providers in Clay, check the results and write them into your CRM.

Is data enrichment outsourcing a one-off cleanup or ongoing?

Either. Some teams start with one cleanup of the existing database. Others keep enrichment running, so new accounts and contacts are filled in as they enter the CRM.

How do you protect existing data?

We agree who can change what, test changes before they go live and keep a way to roll back. Enrichment fills gaps and never overwrites a field a person owns. That’s how we built Aircall’s account database: 3,655 accounts in 6 months.

Which data providers do you use?

We run enrichment in Clay and pick the B2B data services that cover your market and the fields you need. We start with the tools you have and suggest a change only when it fixes a real problem.

Who owns the enriched data?

You do. Every record, table and workflow lives in your accounts, documented so your team can read and change it.
