Cold email agency for B2B tech companies

Cold email built on signals, not volume

Frontal is a cold email agency for B2B tech companies with a sales team. We build the lists, set up the inboxes, write the sequences and run the campaigns under your team’s names, with every reply tracked in your CRM.

Who it is for

You’ve tried cold email before, and it never took off

For B2B tech companies from Series A onward with a sales team, who want conversations with the buyers that search and LinkedIn aren’t bringing in.

  1. Generic messages

One sequence goes to everyone, so it reads like everyone else’s.

  2. Emails that don’t arrive

Messages bounce or land in spam, and nobody can tell which campaign is hurting the domain.

  3. No one to run it

Lists, copy, sending and replies all need an owner, and your team is busy closing deals.

What you get

Cold email campaigns, run in your tools from list to reply

Our cold email service runs in your tools: you approve the lists and messages before they go out, and we review the replies with your sales team.

  1. Verified lists

Accounts and buyers that fit, enriched in Clay, with every email address verified before sending.

  2. Inboxes and deliverability

Sending inboxes set up for your company and warmed before launch, with bounce rates watched while campaigns run.

  3. Sequences built on signals

Messages written for each audience and buying signal, with every reply tracked in your CRM and interested buyers passed to your sales team.

How it works

How our B2B cold email agency runs your campaigns

  1. Define who to email

We agree the accounts, roles and buying signals worth writing to.

  2. Build and verify the lists

We build the lists in Clay and Apollo and verify every address before it is sent to.

  3. Set up the inboxes

We set up sending inboxes for your company and warm them before the first campaign.

  4. Write and launch

We write a sequence for each audience and signal, and launch once you approve the lists and messages.

  5. Read the replies and improve

We track every reply in your CRM, find which segments and messages work and build the next campaign on them.

100 Meetings a month

  • Positive replies from one title group: 86%

100 meetings a month from outbound for Peoplelogic

Peoplelogic had a guess at its buyer but no repeatable pattern. We ran cold email campaigns built to be compared, managers against directors and one message angle against another, on lists from Apollo with a five-email sequence each. The program reached 100 meetings a month, and 86% of positive replies came from people with culture, employee experience or employee engagement in their job title.

What changed
Peoplelogic found its ICP: one group of job titles that replied nearly twice as often.
What we handled
Campaigns built for A/B testing, Apollo lists, five-email sequences and the analysis of 171 positive replies.

What buyers ask

What does a cold email agency do?

A cold email agency runs outbound email to people who don’t know you yet: it builds the lists, sets up sending, writes the sequences and runs the campaigns. We provide those email outreach services inside your tools, under your team’s names, and track every reply in your CRM.

Is a cold email marketing agency the same as an email marketing agency?

No. An email marketing agency writes newsletters and campaigns to people who already subscribed. A cold outreach agency writes to people who don’t know you yet, which needs verified lists, separate sending inboxes and close attention to deliverability.

Whose name do the emails go out under?

Your team’s. The emails go out under your team’s names, from inboxes we set up for your company.

How do you keep emails out of spam?

We set up and warm the sending inboxes, verify every address before sending and watch bounce rates while campaigns run. For Hemlane, that work took the bounce rate to 0.5%, against industry averages of 2 to 5%.

Do you write the emails?

Yes. We write a sequence for each audience and buying signal, and you approve the lists and messages before they go out.

Which tools do you use?

Usually Instantly or lemlist for sending, Clay and Apollo for lists and enrichment, and your CRM as the record. We’re an Instantly Certified Expert and a lemlist Certified Service Partner.

Can you guarantee meetings from cold email?

No, and we don’t guarantee pipeline either. We agree goals with you before we start, report what happened and adjust the work.

Is cold emailing illegal in the US?

Not under federal law, as long as the emails follow the CAN-SPAM Act, which covers business-to-business email too. The FTC’s guide sets the rules: no false or misleading header information or subject lines, a valid physical postal address, a clear way to opt out, and opt-out requests honored within 10 business days. We follow them in every campaign. This isn’t legal advice, so check your own situation with counsel.
