Our MCP server

Ask the directory from inside your agent

This directory runs its own MCP server. Point a client at one URL and an agent can search all 26 GTM APIs, read any provider in full, compare two, list the vendor MCP servers, open a costed stack and pull the markdown of any skill file. Same records as the pages, same verified dates, no key to create.

7tools over one endpoint
26APIs with verified prices
5skill files it can hand over
0keys to create
Connect it

One URL, no key

Streamable HTTP, stateless, read only. Everything it returns is already published on these pages, so there is nothing to authenticate.

endpoint streamable http

# Claude Code
claude mcp add --transport http gtm-directory https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/mcp

# Anything that takes an mcpServers config block
{ "mcpServers": { "gtm-directory": { "url": "https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/mcp" } } }
no auth Protocol 2025-06-18

Older clients are answered on their own protocol version. There is no SSE stream and no session to keep, so a client that only sends requests and reads replies works unchanged.

The tools

Seven, and what each one answers

Every result carries the source URL and the date each figure was read, so an agent can cite the page rather than restate a price on its own authority.

search_apis
Find providers by free text, by where they sit in the motion, by the data they return, by billing shape, by a ceiling on unit cost, or by whether they publish a free tier or an MCP server. Returns a row per match with its entry price, unit cost and page.
get_api
One provider in full: pricing, free tier, unit cost, auth, rate limits, data returned, coverage, compliance, its MCP server, the stacks that use it, the comparisons written about it and its setup skill.
compare_apis
Two providers side by side on price, unit cost, free tier, auth, rate limits, data and coverage, plus the published comparison page and its verdict where one exists.
list_mcp_servers
The vendor MCP servers reviewed here, with transport, auth, whether each can write, what calling it costs and the caveat attached to it.
list_stacks
The costed motions, each with its chain of tools, modeled cost per unit, cost to run and build effort. Filterable by the provider it uses.
get_stack
One motion in full, with every provider in the chain and its own price and limits, and the skill file that builds it.
get_skill
The entire markdown of a skill file, stack or provider setup, so an agent can act on it without a second fetch.
What it is not

The honest limits

Worth knowing before you wire it into something that spends money.

It answers about the APIs. It does not call them
This server returns what the directory knows: prices, limits, auth, license terms and the pages behind them. It holds no vendor keys and makes no vendor calls, so nothing you ask it costs a credit anywhere. To actually enrich a record, connect the vendor's own MCP server below, or call its API with your key.
It is a snapshot, with dates attached
Every record carries the date it was read from the vendor's own page, and the server repeats that date in each result.
Stack costs are modeled, and say so
Run costs are arithmetic over published rates with stated assumptions about hit rates, because no provider in this category publishes a match rate you can hold them to. The tools return that caveat alongside the number rather than under it.
Read only, and public on purpose
There is nothing to write and nothing to authenticate. The data is the same data these pages serve, so the only thing a key would protect is the rate at which you read it.
Why it exists

One dataset sits behind the pages, llms.txt, data.json, the skill files and this server. A price can be wrong in all five at once, but it cannot be wrong in only one. That is the same reason the skill files are generated rather than written.

Vendor servers

All 24 vendor servers, reviewed

A different thing to ours: these call the vendor's API with your key and your credits. Transport, auth, what each one can do and what it costs, read from each vendor's own documentation between 12 September 2026 and 19 October 2026.

HubSpot MCP

CRM read and write
Writes
TransportRemote and local
AuthOAuth 2.0

Two separate servers doing two different jobs. The remote one gives an AI client read and write access to contacts, deals and engagements. The local one drives the developer platform CLI for scaffolding and deploys.

  • Included with a HubSpot account, free tier included.
  • Both servers require the latest developer platform version.
  • Clients: Claude, Cursor, Copilot

ServerTwo servers: remote CRM, local developer CLI

Exa MCP

2 default, 2 optional
Read only
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthOAuth or API key

Two tools by default, web_search_exa and web_fetch_exa, with an advanced search tool and a multi-step Agent tool you enable by appending them to the URL. The Agent tool is the one that does list building and enrichment.

  • Usage-based. $10 of free credits a month, then per search.
  • The Agent tool is metered and needs auth. The two default search tools do not.
  • Clients: Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, Zed

URLhttps://mcp.exa.ai/mcp

LeadMagic MCP

15+ enrichment endpoints
Read only
TransportLocal server
AuthAPI key

Every LeadMagic plan ships the MCP server alongside the API and the terminal client, with no separate charge or tier gate. It exposes the same 15+ enrichment endpoints the REST API does, drawing on the same credit pool.

  • No extra cost. Draws on your plan credits at the same per-operation rates.
  • Needs an API key in the client config, so it is not a one-click OAuth connect.
  • Clients: Claude, Cursor

ServerBundled with every plan

Attio MCP

CRM objects and records
Writes
TransportRemote
AuthOAuth 2.0

Published as one third of Attio's developer platform, next to the REST API and the SDK. Because Attio lets you define custom objects, the MCP surface reflects your schema rather than a fixed contact-and-deal model.

  • Included with an Attio workspace.
  • Tool surface follows your workspace schema, so two installs can expose different objects.
  • Clients: Claude, Cursor

ServerPart of the Attio developer platform

Clay MCP

Find, enrich and run Functions
Writes
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthOAuth 2.0 with PKCE

Clay's server runs its find-and-enrich tools, and the Functions a workspace admin switches on for MCP, on behalf of a signed-in user. Admins set a credit budget for every rep who connects and can give reps MCP-only access, with no view of the tables, keys or workflows behind it.

  • Runs on the workspace's credits under a budget the admin sets. Credit controls are on Launch, Growth and Enterprise.
  • Every rep who connects has to be a member of the Clay workspace, and admins choose which AI clients may connect at all.
  • Clients: Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Glean

URLhttps://api.clay.com/v3/mcp

Cognism MCP

15 tools
Read only
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthOAuth 2.0, with SSO

Company and people search and counts, dictionaries for industries, codes, countries, regions, departments, seniorities and technologies, and your account's compliance and intent settings. Compliance is enforced by the server: do-not-call numbers are masked and geo-restricted records excluded.

  • One search token per record returned and one credit per person returned with contact details, as in the API. Counts and dictionaries are free.
  • Data retrieved through it may not be used to train AI models, so turn training off in the client first.
  • Clients: Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor

URLhttps://mcp.cognism.com/mcp

Crunchbase MCP

Expert, structured and list tools
Writes
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthOAuth 2.1 with PKCE

Plain-language expert tools that answer a question or build a Crunchbase search, structured tools for exact lookups and searches, and list tools that save results back to Crunchbase. Answers draw on company, funding, investor, people, acquisition and prediction data, as far as the signed-in user's access reaches.

  • Bought per workspace and assigned per user as an MCP seat, through the account team. Data-returning calls spend Crunchbase data tokens.
  • Dynamic Client Registration is not supported, so a client needs CIMD support or a directory listing to connect.
  • Clients: Claude, ChatGPT, VS Code Copilot, Perplexity

URLhttps://mcp.crunchbase.com

Dripify MCP

4 tools
Writes
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthAPI key

Four tools: list campaigns, list a campaign's lead lists, find a lead by email or LinkedIn URL, and upload up to 1,000 LinkedIn profiles to a campaign as a new lead list. The first three only read; the upload creates a list.

  • On the Pro and Advanced plans, with the same API key as the Open API.
  • Claude on the web and ChatGPT cannot connect yet, because they need an OAuth flow Dripify has not shipped.
  • Clients: Claude Desktop, Codex CLI, Cursor, VS Code

URLhttps://app.dripify.com/api/v1/mcp

Expandi MCP

Lists, campaign drafts, inbox
Writes
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthOAuth, or a token for config clients

One connection covers every LinkedIn account you manage in Expandi. An assistant builds lead lists, drafts campaigns, works the inbox and explains why outreach stalled, inside the same daily limits and warm-up as the rest of Expandi.

  • Needs an active Expandi subscription, and works from the first day of the 7-day trial.
  • It cannot activate a campaign or edit a running one, and nothing sends without your approval.
  • Clients: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n

URLhttps://api.liaufa.com/mcp

Firecrawl MCP

Search, scrape, parse and more
Read only
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthKeyless, sign-in or API key

Three ways in: keyless, for Search, Scrape and Parse within daily limits; a browser sign-in; or an API key as a bearer token. Signing in and a key reach the same full tool surface on your team's plan.

  • Keyless use is free within daily limits. Signed-in or keyed use runs on your team's plan.
  • The keyless tier covers Search, Scrape and Parse only.
  • Clients: Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code

URLhttps://mcp.firecrawl.dev/v2/mcp

FullEnrich MCP

Search, enrich and export
Read only
TransportRemote
AuthOAuth sign-in

Search people and companies in plain language, enrich them with emails and phone numbers one at a time or as a batch, and export the results as CSV or JSON without leaving the chat. The assistant is meant to show results and confirm before it spends anything on enrichment.

  • A search preview of the first 10 results is free. Exports cost 0.25 credits a contact or company, and enrichment is charged as in the API.
  • If a client skips the confirmation step, enrichment can run without asking, so ask for the results first.
  • Clients: Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, Claude Code

URLhttps://mcp.fullenrich.com/mcp

Hunter MCP

The Hunter API, leads included
Writes
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthAPI key or OAuth

Discover, Domain Search, the Email Finder and Verifier, enrichment and leads management, so an assistant can find a contact, verify the address and save it to a Hunter list in one conversation. The key goes in an X-API-Key header, or a client that supports it can use the one-click OAuth flow instead.

  • Included in all Hunter plans at no extra cost. Your existing plan and credits apply.
  • An unauthenticated call is refused, so there is no keyless way to try it.
  • Clients: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor

URLhttps://mcp.hunter.io/mcp

Instantly MCP

The full V2 API, one tool per endpoint
Writes
TransportRemote, hosted
AuthAPI key

Every Instantly V2 endpoint is a tool, generated from the same spec as the API reference: accounts and warmup, campaigns and subsequences, leads and lists, the inbox, analytics, webhooks, enrichment and workspace settings. The scopes on the API key decide what an agent can reach.

  • Uses an API v2 key, and the API is on every Instantly plan.
  • A client without custom headers takes the key in the URL path, which puts it in any config file you share.
  • Clients: Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf

URLhttps://mcp.instantly.ai/mcp

Lusha MCP

Contact and company data
Read only
TransportRemote
AuthOAuth or API key

Find people and companies, check that someone still works where you think, and pull titles and verified contact details in plain language. Claude, ChatGPT and Codex connect over OAuth through Lusha's listing; any other client sends the API key in an x-api-key header.

  • Any Lusha plan can connect. Calls draw on the account's credit pool, and failed lookups are not charged.
  • The header must be x-api-key in lower case; a Bearer header fails.
  • Clients: Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor

URLhttps://mcp.lusha.com

Pipedrive MCP

CRM read and write
Writes
TransportRemote
AuthOAuth

Pipedrive's own server reads and writes deals, persons, organizations, leads, products, notes and activities, converts leads into deals and reads pipeline stages. It inherits the user's permissions, and every change lands in the change log.

  • On every Pipedrive plan. Usage comes out of the plan's token budget, and more tokens can be bought.
  • Claude may not load every tool by default; a connector setting loads them all.
  • Clients: ChatGPT, Claude

URLhttps://mcp.pipedrive.ai/mcp

Prospeo MCP

8 tools
Read only
TransportRemote over HTTP, or local
AuthOAuth 2.0 or API key

Eight tools: person and company enrichment, bulk enrichment of up to 25 at a time, people and company search, filter suggestions and an account check. A search returns contact previews with their verification status, and the credits for the real values are only spent on enrichment.

  • Credits as in the API: 1 for an email, 10 for email and mobile, 1 a page of search. Suggestions and the account check are free.
  • The local server needs Node.js 18 and your API key in the client config.
  • Clients: Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf

URLhttps://mcp.prospeo.io

Reply MCP

70 tools
Writes
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthAPI key or OAuth

Seventy tools across sequences, contacts, the inbox, tasks and the Jason AI SDR, 31 annotated read-only and 39 as changes. A scoped personal API key limits an agent to the areas you grant; an OAuth connection gets the full catalog.

  • Free for Reply.io users, per Reply's own repository. 120 requests a minute, 3,000 an hour and 150,000 a week.
  • Team and Organization API keys are not accepted; it is a single-user connection.
  • Clients: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, ChatGPT, Cursor

URLhttps://mcp.reply.io/

Salesforce Hosted MCP

Records, Apex, Flows, prompt templates
Writes
TransportRemote
AuthOAuth 2.0 with PKCE, per user

An admin configures a server once in the org and any MCP client then connects per user: read, create, update and delete records under field-level security and sharing rules, and expose Apex actions, Flows, named queries and Prompt Builder templates as tools. The Salesforce DX MCP Server, in beta, covers developer work.

  • Meant for customers with Flex Credits, and server usage may be billed against them.
  • An admin has to switch the feature on in the org before anyone can connect.
  • Clients: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Postman

ServerConfigured per org in Salesforce

Salesloft MCP

13 read-only tools
Read only
TransportRemote
AuthOAuth with your Salesloft login

Thirteen read-only tools over accounts, people, opportunities, users and conversations, recordings included. It follows Salesloft's permission model, so a user only sees through it what they can already see in Salesloft.

  • Included with Salesloft's Agent packages, such as Account Agent or Coaching Agent. Calls count against the API rate limits.
  • In beta, read only, and it cannot search cadences or their performance. An admin has to switch it on first.
  • Clients: Claude Desktop, ChatGPT

URLhttps://mcp.salesloft.com/sse

Smartlead MCP

Campaign stats, diagnostics, lead data
Read only
TransportSSE only
AuthAPI key in the URL

Campaign insights, deliverability and health diagnostics, and lead, account and performance data inside Claude Desktop, reached through the mcp-remote bridge with the API key in the URL. Smartlead's guide lists reads and diagnostics rather than write actions.

  • Needs a Smartlead API key, and the API starts on the Pro plan.
  • SSE only, and Smartlead says Claude on the web is not supported yet.
  • Clients: Claude Desktop

URLhttps://mcp.smartlead.ai/sse

Tavily MCP

Search and extract
Read only
TransportRemote
AuthAPI key or OAuth

tavily-search for real-time web search with filters and tavily-extract to pull content from pages, through a remote server that takes the API key in the URL or signs you in over OAuth, with a keyless option as well.

  • Runs on your Tavily API key, or keyless.
  • Tavily describes the mcp-remote bridge for older clients as an experimental stop-gap.
  • Clients: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, OpenAI

URLhttps://mcp.tavily.com/mcp/

TheirStack MCP

Jobs, companies, lists, webhooks
Writes
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthOAuth or API key

Search job postings and companies, read a company's technographics and buying intents, and manage company lists, saved searches and webhooks. Tools that change something are flagged so the client can ask before running them; read-only ones run without asking.

  • Each tool call spends API credits at the same rate as the equivalent API call. The catalog tools are free.
  • TheirStack recommends an API key for automations, because most MCP clients do not refresh OAuth tokens cleanly.
  • Clients: Claude Code, Claude, Cursor, VS Code

URLhttps://api.theirstack.com/mcp

ZeroBounce MCP

Validation, finder, scoring, account
Read only
TransportLocal server
AuthAPI key

The official open-source server, installed from npm and run on your own machine. It validates single addresses or batches, uploads CSV files for bulk validation and AI scoring, finds addresses by name and domain, checks recent activity, and reports credits and API usage.

  • Free to install and connect. Validations and every other action spend ZeroBounce credits.
  • Needs Node.js 18 or newer, and the API key sits in the local client config.
  • Clients: Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code, Zed

ServerOpen-source npm package, @zerobounce/mcp

Two of the 26 providers here document no MCP server. That is not a mark against them: a sourcing or verification API called once per row in a pipeline has little to gain from the protocol.

Choosing

When to reach for MCP, and when not to

The same test we run before building anything on it.

Reach for it

  • Research a named account before a call, where a person reads the output
  • Ad-hoc questions across tools that would otherwise be three tabs and a spreadsheet
  • Writing a short brief onto a CRM record, where the fields already exist
  • Prototyping a motion before you commit to building the pipeline

Do not

  • Scheduled work over thousands of rows, where cost and latency compound
  • Anything that must not vary between runs
  • Enrichment you can batch, which is cheaper and faster on the REST API
  • Work where no human reviews the output before it reaches a prospect
A worked example

The agent-driven account research stack chains Exa, Apollo and Attio over MCP, costs $0.09 an account and ships with a skill file you can hand to an agent. It is the shape this page is describing, with the arithmetic attached.

Apollo prohibits model training on data pulled through its MCP and asks you to confirm training is off in your client first. That is an obligation on you with no technical enforcement behind it, so check it, and check it again whenever anyone changes client.

Connecting one is easy. Knowing where it belongs is not.

The hard part is the line between what an agent should do on demand and what belongs in a pipeline that runs every night. Frontal builds both, inside the tools you already run.

FAQ

Questions we get

What is an MCP server?

An endpoint an AI client connects to, which lists the tools it can call and then runs them. For a GTM API it means an assistant can search, enrich or write a record without anybody writing an integration first.

Does this directory have its own MCP server?

Yes, and it is the first thing on this page: seven read-only tools over Streamable HTTP, no auth, answering from the same dataset that draws every page. Point a client at it and ask for a provider by name.

How many providers here ship one?

13 of the 26 in the directory, and the number moves most months. Each provider review states whether there is one and where it lives, read from the vendor's own documentation.

Is an MCP server a substitute for the API?

No, and treating it as one is the common mistake. An MCP call happens because somebody asked, which is the wrong shape for a nightly job over tens of thousands of rows with retries and a warehouse write. Use the REST API for the pipeline and MCP for the conversation.
