The workflow

The diagram as text
1Collect the transcripts
- Fireflies (recorded calls): Discovery, Demo and Client calls. Every call already names people nobody ever follows up with. Any recorded call works. Tool: Fireflies.
2Extract the people named
- Third-party extraction: Person, Company, Title and Verbatim quote. Finds every third person floated on the call. Built from what was said, never from speaker labels. Read: Claude. Handles: Names mangled by transcription.
3Deduplicate and merge
- Mention found → What happens
- Same name, same company → Exact match, merged
- Misspelled name, same company → Fuzzy match, merged
- Three mentions, three quotes → One record, every quote kept
- Context quotes are merged, never dropped
- Mention found → What happens
4Apply the resolvability gate
- Gate 1: Full name: First and last name both heard. First names are held back, not guessed. Dropped: Held: first name.
- Gate 2: Named company: A real company is attached to the person. Dropped: Held: junk name.
- Gate 3: Inferable title: The role can be worked out from the call. Dropped: Held: no title.
5Resolve and enrich
- Match person to company: Only resolvable rows reach this step, so only they cost money. Match: Clay and Apollo.
- Verified email: The original quote rides along as personalization fuel. Find: Findymail. Attach: Quote from the call.
6Push to Clay and notify
- Webhook into Clay: One call per resolvable lead. Clay owns the sequence from here. Push: Clay.
- Tell the rep: The rep who ran the call sees who was pulled from it. Notify: Slack.
- Outcome: Named leads, quote attached. Tool: Clay.
The stack: Fireflies, Claude, Clay, Apollo, Findymail, Slack.
The play in six steps
Step 1: Collect the transcripts
Every call already contains named third parties nobody ever actions.
- Pull discovery, demo and client-call transcripts from Fireflies.
- Works on any recorded call, not just sales calls.
Step 2: Extract the people named
An LLM pass finds every third person floated on the call: the ones the speakers are not.
- Person, company, title, and the verbatim quote they came from.
- Third-party only: derived from what was said, never from the speaker labels.
- Robust to ASR mangling names.
Step 3: Deduplicate and merge
The same person gets mentioned three times in one call with three spellings.
- Exact match, then fuzzy match on name plus company.
- Merge the context quotes rather than dropping them.
Step 4: Apply the resolvability gate
The gate is what makes the output usable instead of noisy.
- Needs a full name, a named company, and an inferable title.
- First-name-only mentions are held back, not guessed at.
- Obvious junk company names are held back.
Step 5: Resolve and enrich
Only the resolvable rows cost money to enrich.
- Match person to company via Clay and Apollo.
- Verified email via Findymail.
- Attach the original quote as personalization fuel.
Step 6: Push to Clay and notify
Clay owns sequencing from here; the rep gets told it happened.
- One webhook call per resolvable lead.
- Slack notification to the rep who ran the call.
