Agreement to terms
By accessing frontal.so or engaging Frontal AI LLC for services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
Services
Frontal provides go-to-market strategy, build, and execution services as described in a separate written statement of work. That statement of work governs the specific scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables of any engagement.
Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedule, and any performance guarantee are set out in the applicable statement of work. All amounts are stated and payable in US dollars unless the statement of work says otherwise. Late payments may pause active work.
Ownership of deliverables
Upon full payment, you own the go-to-market systems, data, configurations, and playbooks we build inside your accounts and stack, as specified in the statement of work. Frontal retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, frameworks, and reusable tooling.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely access to the accounts, tools, and information needed to perform the services, and for ensuring your use of any systems we build complies with applicable laws.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to perform or receive the services. This obligation survives termination of the engagement.
Warranties and disclaimers
The site is provided as is without warranties of any kind. Service-specific warranties, if any, are stated in the applicable statement of work. We do not warrant any particular revenue, pipeline, or business outcome except a performance guarantee expressly written into a statement of work.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontal's total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement as provided in the statement of work. Fees for work performed through the termination date remain payable.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
