# Findymail alternatives, sorted by *why you are leaving*

A bounce guarantee, EMEA coverage, and no mobile numbers in the EU. That last one rules it out for some teams entirely. 4 replacements below, each one matched to a specific reason rather than ranked on a score nobody can audit.

Prices and limits for every option below are read off the vendor's own page. These are the Findymail competitors that answer a named problem, not a field of logos.

## The 3 reasons people actually leave

If none of these is your situation, the honest answer is that you should probably stay, and the [Findymail API review](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis) covers what you already have. The 26 providers these replacements are drawn from are in the [Enrichment APIs](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis) listing.

### 1 · Mobile numbers are non-EU only

A compliance decision rather than a coverage gap, and a firm one. If you run a phone-first motion into Europe, Findymail cannot serve it at any price and no plan upgrade changes that.

### 2 · The entry plan is double the category floor

$99 a month against $49 at Prospeo and Hunter. You get 5,000 credits plus 5,000 bonus verifier credits for it, which is good value per credit, but it is a higher floor to clear in a quiet month.

### 3 · It does one job

No sourcing, no signal data, no sequencing. For a team consolidating vendors that is a point against, even though the one job is done well.

The alternatives

## 4 replacements, and what each one fixes

Ordered by how often they turn out to be the right answer, not by price.

| Provider | Entry price | Unit cost | Free tier | Fixes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Findymail](https://www.findymail.com/) | $99/mo | $0.0198 per credit | A free account with 10 credits and no card, which this directory counts as a trial rather than a free tier | Baseline |
| [Prospeo](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/prospeo-api-review) | $49/mo | $0.0245 per credit | Free plan, 100 credits a month, and no API access on it | Cheapest entry for email |
| [LeadMagic](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/leadmagic-api-review) | $99/mo | $0.0198 per credit | No free tier. Essential starts at $99 for 5,000 credits, and failed lookups cost nothing. | Best priced per operation |
| [FullEnrich](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/fullenrich-api-review) | $55/mo | $0.055 per credit | 50-credit trial, no card. Then 1,000 credits a month at $0.055 each. | Best waterfall without Clay |
| [Apollo API](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/apollo-api-review) | $49/seat/mo | $0.0196 per credit | Free plan with API access, 900 credits per seat per year granted monthly, so 75 a month | Best all-in-one GTM API |

In detail

## The case for each one

Each one below is matched to a reason rather than scored, and each one names what you give up by taking it. A replacement with no downside is a replacement nobody has actually run.

### [Visit Prospeo](https://go.frontal.so/prospeo) Prospeo

Half the entry price, also EMEA-strong, and it does sell EU mobile numbers. The direct replacement when the missing field is the problem.

This is the swap that exists because of one gap. Findymail does not sell EU mobile numbers at all, and [Prospeo](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/prospeo-api-review) does, so for a European calling motion this is not a preference, it is the only one of the two that works.

Prospeo is $49 a month per user for 2,000 credits at $0.0245 each against Findymail's $99 floor, so it halves the entry cost as well. The paid ladder runs $49, $99 and $249 for 2,000, 5,000 and 15,000 credits a month.

The free plan carries 100 credits a month so you can measure European match rate on your own list first. Note that the free tier excludes API access, so the measurement runs in the app.

#### What you give up

The bounce guarantee and the rollover. Findymail refunds credits if your bounce rate exceeds 5% and rolls unused credits to twice your allowance; Prospeo credits expire at renewal on monthly billing, which is the complaint its own alternatives page opens with.

#### When it is the wrong answer

Teams who chose Findymail specifically for the deliverability guarantee. Nothing on this page replaces that commitment, and if bounce rate is a number somebody owns, it is worth the premium.

Entry $49/mo. Free plan, 100 credits a month, and no API access on it. Prospeo gets you to 2,000 verified emails a month for $49, which is the cheapest real entry point in this directory, and unused credits roll into the next cycle rather than expiring. [Read the review](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/prospeo-api-review) · [Findymail vs Prospeo](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/compare/findymail-vs-prospeo)

### LeadMagic

Mobile at 5 credits against 10, a published cost for every operation, and credits that bank for two months.

The headline difference is the phone. Findymail charges 10 credits for a mobile and [LeadMagic](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/leadmagic-api-review) 5, at $0.0198 a credit, so a number costs about 10 cents here against roughly 20 there, and LeadMagic sells them in Europe.

Every other operation is priced in public too: an email is 1 credit, a validation 0.25 and a job-change check 3. Credits are deducted on valid results only and never on a miss, so a hard segment does not quietly multiply your effective rate.

People, company and jobs search cost no credits at all from Essential upward, and an MCP server comes with every plan. Rate limits are account-wide rather than per key, 5 requests a second on Professional and 10 on Ultimate.

#### What you give up

The bounce refund and the free measurement. LeadMagic has no free tier at any price, so the first test costs $99, and it offers no deliverability guarantee. Verification is a separate 0.25-credit operation rather than included in the find.

#### When it is the wrong answer

Anyone who needs to prove the data before a budget exists. Start the bake-off somewhere with a free tier and move the volume here once the match rate is known.

Entry $99/mo. No free tier. Essential starts at $99 for 5,000 credits, and failed lookups cost nothing.. The clearest rate card in this directory. [Read the review](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/leadmagic-api-review) · [Findymail vs LeadMagic](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/compare/leadmagic-vs-findymail)

### FullEnrich

25 sources in one call, plus personal emails, which Findymail does not sell. Costs 2.8 times more per work email.

[FullEnrich](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/fullenrich-api-review) is the coverage answer rather than the price answer. It fans a single call across about 25 sources, which is what you buy when the constraint is that the row is not being found rather than that finding it costs too much.

It also returns personal emails at 3 credits, a field Findymail does not sell. For a reactivation motion or any segment where the work address is dead, that is the difference between a usable row and no row at all.

The price is $55 a month for 1,000 credits at $0.055 each, so a work email costs about 2.8 times what Findymail charges. Landline results cost nothing, verification is free when bundled, and credits roll over three months on monthly billing or twelve on annual.

#### What you give up

Price and the guarantee. This is the most expensive work email in the directory and there is no bounce refund behind it. The volume is also smaller: 1,000 credits at the entry tier against Findymail's larger allowance.

#### When it is the wrong answer

Bulk enrichment of a clean list. If most of your rows resolve anywhere, paying FullEnrich's rate for all of them wastes the premium on the easy majority. Run a cheaper provider first and send only the misses here.

Entry $55/mo. 50-credit trial, no card. Then 1,000 credits a month at $0.055 each.. FullEnrich runs the same waterfall logic Clay does, but as a single API call with a single bill. [Read the review](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/fullenrich-api-review) · [Findymail vs FullEnrich](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/compare/fullenrich-vs-findymail)

### [Visit Apollo](https://go.frontal.so/apollo) Apollo API

Within one percent per credit, with sourcing and sending included, at the cost of a seat license and thinner European coverage.

The per-credit rates are effectively identical, $0.0196 against $0.0198, so this is not a price swap. What [Apollo](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/apollo-api-review) adds is scope: search, enrichment, sequencing and CRM write-back on one balance, with the sequence and task endpoints costing nothing to call.

The entry shape differs though. Apollo is $49 a seat a month for 2,500 credits against Findymail's $99 floor, so it halves the entry cost, and there is a free plan with full API access at 900 credits a seat a year to test on.

Scaling is by seats rather than tiers, because the 30,000 credits are granted per seat per year. Ten thousand lookups a month is four Basic seats at $196.

#### What you give up

European coverage and the bounce guarantee. Apollo's data is thinnest exactly where Findymail is strongest, and there is no refund behind its match rate. A mobile costs 9 credits, about 18 cents, which is similar to Findymail rather than cheaper.

#### When it is the wrong answer

European lists. This is the swap that looks right on the rate card and fails on the match rate, and the only way to know is to run 500 of your own rows through Apollo's free plan first.

Entry $49/seat/mo. Free plan with API access, 900 credits per seat per year granted monthly, so 75 a month. One of the few providers here that covers sourcing, enrichment and sending behind a single key, which is why it is usually the first API a GTM team wires up and the last one they rip out. Plan by plan

## What you would actually pay, on each one

4 of the 5 providers here publish a rate card. Findymail does not, and the entry price below is all it will tell you without a call. The plan you want is the one whose included volume covers a normal month for you, not the cheapest one on the page.

### Findymail

Findymail publishes an entry price and nothing above it, so there is no rate card to put here. The published figure is $99/mo, and nothing above it is on the pricing page.

Get these in writing before you sign: the per-unit rate at your volume, the annual minimum, how many seats that price assumes, whether API access is included or an add-on. Without the first two you cannot compare this against anything else on this page.

### [Visit Prospeo](https://go.frontal.so/prospeo) Prospeo

#### Annual

12 months

of rollover

- Rollover extends from 3 months to 12
- The option that suits lumpy agency volume

### [Visit Apollo](https://go.frontal.so/apollo) Apollo API

Apollo API publishes 4 tiers, one of them free, and the paid ladder runs from $49 to $119.

#### Free

$0

900 credits a seat a year

- Full API access, not a trial of it
- Granted monthly, so 75 credits a month in practice
- 2 sequences and basic filters

#### Basic

$49

/seat/mo billed annually, 30,000 credits a seat a year

- US$588 a seat a year, credits granted upfront and pooled across the team
- 2,500 credits a month, at $0.0196 each
- Annual billing saves 24% against paying monthly

#### Professional

$79

/seat/mo billed annually, 48,000 credits a seat a year

- 4,000 credits a month, at $0.0198 each
- AI lead scoring and multi-touch outreach

#### Organization

$119

/seat/mo billed annually, minimum 3 seats

- 72,000 credits a seat a year, so 6,000 a month
- $0.0198 a credit, so the rate is flat across every paid tier
- The three-seat minimum makes US$357 a month the real floor

Read the included volume before the headline price. A plan that costs twice as much and carries five times the credits is the cheaper plan, and on this page that is the usual case rather than the exception.

Plans are read from each vendor's own pricing page and the model picks the cheapest one that covers you, so these are list prices before any discount you negotiate and before annual billing, which most of these vendors discount. Findymail publishes an entry price with no ladder above it, so the figure shown is the floor rather than your bill.

Twelve months

## What a year costs at three volumes

The same plan-fit arithmetic as the model above, run out to a year, because an annual number is what a budget actually asks for. Every column moves with volume, because all of these meter usage rather than seats.

| A year at | Findymail | Prospeo | LeadMagic | FullEnrich | Apollo API |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1,000 a month | $1,188 | $588 Starter | $1,188 Essential | $660 Entry | $588 Basic |

| 50,000 a month | $1,188 | Quoted | Quoted | Quoted | $11,760 Basic |

5 of the 5 providers here publish enough to be put in this table. These are list prices on the published plan that covers each volume, so they are the number before you negotiate and before annual billing, which most of these vendors discount by between a fifth and a half.

Decide

## Which replacement is yours

Answer what matters most and the lean appears below. Every option is read from the records on this page, and staying on Findymail is one of the possible answers.

What matters most on the thing you are replacing?

Have you measured what you have today?

Answer the questions above

Each answer leans one way. The recommendation appears here once you have picked at least two.

A tool like this can only weigh what is on the page. It does not know your segment, and the one test that does is the bake-off further down: real rows, cheapest entry on each side, spend divided by survivors.

Where an answer leans on a certification or an integration, it means that vendor publishes it on the pages this directory read, which is not the same as the other one lacking it. The sources are listed at the foot of the page.

Provenance

## Where the data comes from, and what you may do with it

The question that arrives late and expensively is not how good the data is, it is who is allowed to hold it. A migration is the moment to check it, because you are signing a new contract anyway.

| Provider | Fields returned | Coverage | Compliance | Redistribution |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| [Findymail](https://www.findymail.com/) | Work email, Mobile phone, LinkedIn profile | Strongest in EMEA | GDPR DPA | Not stated |
| [Prospeo](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/prospeo-api-review) | Work email, Mobile phone, LinkedIn profile | Strongest in EMEA | GDPR DPA | Not stated |
| [LeadMagic](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/leadmagic-api-review) | Work email, Mobile phone, Firmographics, Job postings, Job changes, LinkedIn profile | Global | GDPR DPA | Not stated |
| [FullEnrich](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/fullenrich-api-review) | Work email, Personal email, Mobile phone, LinkedIn profile | Global | GDPR DPA | Not stated |
| [Apollo API](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis/enrichment-apis/apollo-api-review) | Work email, Mobile phone, Firmographics, Technographics, Job postings, Intent and news, LinkedIn profile, CRM records | Global | GDPR DPA SOC 2 Type II CCPA | Not stated |

None of these states a redistribution position on its pricing or docs pages. Internally that never matters. Put the rows in something your customers can see and it becomes the question your legal team asks first.

Two practical notes that apply to every provider on this page. A compliance badge describes the vendor, not your use of it, so a GDPR DPA does not give you a lawful basis for the outreach you send. And every one of these vendors runs its own opt-out, which means a person who asks you to delete their record has to be removed from your copy as well as from theirs.

Migration

## Moving off Findymail

Written against Prospeo, the first pick above, because the steps are the same whichever one you take and the specifics are what make them useful. Swap the name and the order still holds.

01

### Measure the thing you are about to lose

Run 500 rows you already have through Findymail and record the match rate, the fields that came back populated and the cost. Without that number a migration cannot be judged, because every provider looks cheaper per unit than the one you are paying for today.

02

### Check the fields, not the field count

Prospeo returns every field Findymail does, so nothing downstream has to change shape. Confirm the values rather than the keys: two providers can both return a mobile number and disagree about which one it is.

03

### Rewrite the auth and the limits, in that order

Findymail authenticates with bearer token. Prospeo uses API key in the X-KEY header.

The limits are the part that bites later. Findymail rate: Published per plan in the docs, not on the pricing page.

Prospeo rate: Per plan: Enrich 5/300/2,000 on Starter up to 30/1,800/500,000 on Pro. No API on Free. A loop tuned to the first will either crawl or get throttled on the second.

04

### Run both for one billing cycle

Keep the old key live and route a slice of real traffic to the new one. A month is the shortest honest test, because credit expiry, rollover and the overage rate only show up at renewal and those are where the surprises live.

05

### Cancel on the renewal date, not before

Credits on most of these plans do not survive a downgrade. Check what happens to the balance you have already paid for, and time the switch so you are not buying the same records twice.

The step people skip is the first one, and it is the only one that cannot be done after the fact. Once the old key is off you have nothing to compare the new match rate against, so a provider that is quietly worse on your segment looks like a provider that is fine.

What practitioners say

## What practitioners say about Findymail

The one part of this page that is not a vendor claim. The comment below makes its point in crude words, so we summarize it in our own words and link the thread. A Reddit claim is a signal rather than a fact, so nothing here is the only source for a figure on this page.

### Run the bake-off yourself, because the answer is list-specific

**In our words:** Asked which email finder to buy, a seller answers that the tools are much the same, and that an hour spent trying each one's free credits on a few real prospects settles it better than any recommendation.

[r/sales](https://www.reddit.com/r/sales/comments/1ja7u35/what_is_the_best_email_finder_tool/) · March 2025 · summarized rather than quoted

The same conclusion this page reaches. Match rate is a property of your list, not of a vendor, so the only number that decides this is the one you measure on your own rows. Every provider on this page except LeadMagic has a free tier or a trial you can run that test on.

The thread it comes from is also the clearest example of why these blocks are scoped the way they are: it is a "best email finder" question, and most of the replies are people naming the tool they sell. The one worth reading is the one that tells you not to trust any of them.

14 threads read on 13 October 2026, searched by vendor name. Scores and dates are the comment's own. Nothing here is the only source for a price or a limit on this site: every figure in the tables above comes from a vendor's own page.

The one part of this page that is not a vendor claim. The comment below makes its point in crude words, so we summarize it in our own words and link the thread. A Reddit claim is a signal rather than a fact, so nothing here is the only source for a figure on this page.

### The rate limit, not the credit price, is what people actually hit

**In our words:** A practitioner building on the API says the rate limits are what their team hit, that they got past them by routing requests across three Apollo accounts, and that Apollo charges per request even when a lookup returns nothing.

[r/gtmengineering](https://www.reddit.com/r/gtmengineering/comments/1toiu1u/apollo_api_limits/) · May 2026 · summarized rather than quoted

Two halves worth separating. The limit is real and it is on this page: 200 requests a minute and 2,000 a day on Basic, with enrichment on a separate 1,000 a minute and no daily cap, which is why a bulk job and a per-row loop feel like different products.

The charge-on-no-output half needs care, because Apollo publishes 0 credits when nothing is found and that matches what we read. What a miss does spend is a request against the rate limit, and when the limit is the binding constraint that is the cost you feel. Pooling accounts to get round a published limit is a terms question before it is an engineering one.

Verdict

## Should you actually switch?

The bounce guarantee is genuinely unusual and worth the premium if deliverability is a number you report on. Switch when you need EU mobile numbers, when the $99 floor is wrong for your volume, or when you want one vendor covering more of the motion.

Before you migrate anything

No provider in this category publishes a match rate you can hold them to, so run the same 500 rows through one free tier and one trial, verify every result set, and divide spend by survivors. Your own list is the only evidence worth acting on, it takes half a day, and it changes the decision often enough to be worth it.

FAQ

## Switching from Findymail, answered

**What is the best Findymail alternative?**

It depends on why you are leaving, which is how this page is organized rather than ranked. The replacement most teams land on is Prospeo, which this directory lists as the cheapest entry for email, at $49/mo. The case for it, and what you give up, is in the section above.

**Is there a free alternative to Findymail?**

Apollo (Free plan with API access, 900 credits per seat per year granted monthly, so 75 a month).

**What is the cheapest Findymail alternative?**

On the entry plan, Prospeo: $49/mo, against Findymail at $99/mo. Entry price is not the same as cost per result, so check the unit figure on each review before deciding.

**How were these alternatives chosen?**

By the reason teams leave, not by a score. The page opens with the reasons teams leave and matches a replacement to each one.

Frontal is the go-to-market partner for B2B tech companies past product-market fit. It publishes this directory. Every price, tier requirement and rate limit on this page was read from the vendor's own pricing page, developer documentation or knowledge base on the date below. Nothing on it is restated from a press release or a third-party listing.

Where a vendor publishes no public figure, this page says so rather than estimating. [How we checked](https://frontal.so/gtm-apis#method).
